Bob Cavoto, Managing Principal, Founder
With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Bob built 20/20 Foresight from the ground up.
Before founding the company, Bob worked as the CFO of a $1 billion entertainment and real estate company. He was also the President of Merrill Lynch Realty-Chicago (real estate investment banking), a consultant with a Big Four international accounting firm and a college-level real estate finance instructor.
Bob earned his accounting degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a Certified Public Accountants certificate and Real Estate Licenses Series 7 and 63. This vast industry experience gives Bob a unique perspective on the industries our company specializes in.
Rare as it may be, Bob enjoys his leisure time as an avid sailor, a tri-athlete, a hot yoga enthusiast and a squash player.
Robert Peck, Managing Director
Robert Peck serves as Partner and Managing Director, leading the operations of our New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami offices. In addition to his primary responsibility of leading his executive search practice, serving the real estate and financial services industries, he leads a variety of strategic initiatives across the firm in the areas of marketing, human capital, technology and strategy. As a result of his many years as a business executive in the services, real estate and technology sectors, he advises his clients with unique perspective on their executive talent needs.
Robert is also a partner in several real estate operating companies in the Midwest, West and East. Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Albeit rare, he spends his free time with his family, reading and is a lifelong ice hockey player and enthusiast.
Jim McGuffin, Managing Director
As Managing Director with 20/20 Foresight, Jim contributes extensive knowledge, experience and a passion for commercial real estate. In his role managing the Dallas Office, Jim specializes in placing
mid- to senior level executives across all real estate asset classes. He’s skilled at identifying an organization’s needs and completing executive searches successfully and efficiently.
After earning an Economics degree and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois, where he also held a professional position as Assistant Athletics Director, Jim's career has taken him from real estate development to financial services and investments where he has passed the Series 7 and 63 exams.
David Ulrich, Managing Director
David brings more than a decade of retained search experience to his role with 20/20 Foresight, having served with Wray Executive Search since 2006. His philosophy in the search business is simple: Treat people with respect, provide honest feedback and promptly return phone calls to complete the loop for all searches he leads. David’s extensive recruitment experience includes C-Level, SVP, VP and Director level searches for all disciplines within the Restaurant, Hospitality and Franchising industries. He also brings close to 20 years of general management and strategy experiences to his client work, having worked for leading finance, technology and business-related service organizations such as Merrill Lynch, Pitney Bowes and Gartner Group.
David graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He currently resides with his family in the Tampa, FL area, where he enjoys playing hockey, golf and tennis in his free time.
Rebecca Wilson, Managing Director
Rebecca brings more than 25 years of operational, marketing and strategic consulting experience to her executive search practice. As a functional generalist with broad industry experience, she has traveled extensively and has lived and worked around the world. Rebecca covers searches on a nationwide basis for our team.
The majority of Rebecca’s career has been spent in financial services. She held senior roles with Citibank, First USA Bank (acquired by Bank One), HSBC and Lehman Brothers. She has a deep understanding of all aspects of marketing, branding and sales functions and has worked extensively with C-suite executives.
Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Italian from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. She studied in Siena, Italy, and is fluent in Italian.
Reid Behrens, Managing Director
Reid began his career in real estate with a Fortune 500 company and left as Recruitment Manager specializing in the placement of real estate and finance professionals nationally and worldwide. Reid joined 20/20 Foresight Executive Marketing in 2014. He teams with clients to help them not only find a job, but the job they want.
Reid graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with a degree in International Studies of Economics. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and sports of all kinds, specifically, golf.
Glen Esnard, Senior Principal, EVP
A veteran of the commercial real estate services business, Glen brings nearly twenty years of leadership experience to 20/20 Foresight Executive Marketing & Job Finding. He has held senior leadership positions at CB Richard Ellis, Colliers and Grubb & Ellis, most recently as President of US Brokerage and President of Capital Markets.
Glen has an MS in Learning and Organizational Change and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching, both from Northwestern University, and has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Finance from the University of Southern California. He enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking and skiing, studies Krav Maga and is a licensed pilot.
Trent Jackson, Senior Principal
With more than 10 years of Executive Marketing and Career Coaching experience, Trent joined the team when his former recruiting firm was acquired by 20/20 Foresight. He was also a Recruiter and Director of Research at DHR International Executive Search, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies.
Deemed “someone you need to know” when looking for a new job in the industry, Trent maintains an extensive network within the real estate and finance industries.
An alumnus of University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Trent enjoys the outdoors, swimming and spending time with his wife and baby daughter. Trent’s also a fervent supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Pat Barron, Senior Principal
Pat has enjoyed an almost 20-year career with IBM in cross-industry sales and marketing management roles, including launching IBM’s PC retail business. Eventually Pat was recruited away from IBM, which was the start of his second career helping small- and mid-sized companies grow faster. As a senior executive in GM and VP roles, Pat was an advocate of implementing sustainable double-digit growth strategies. Today, Pat enjoys helping senior executives find their next gig where fun and earnings opportunities meet.
Pat is a double graduate of Northwestern University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. A Great Lakes enthusiast, Pat has a USCG Captains License and enjoys sailing on Lake Michigan. He can also be found cycling on Chicago bike paths or playing mediocre golf with his peers.
Anna Keate, Senior Principal
Anna is a Senior Principal and Recruiter for 20/20 Foresight. Prior to joining us in 2016, Anna worked closely with senior leadership at a nationally recognized public accounting firm. Her focus was primarily the recruitment and hiring of experienced professionals for the financial services and real estate advisory practices.
Anna earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington. In her free time, Anna enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family.
Colin McMahan, Senior Principal
Colin joined 20/20 Foresight Executive Marketing as a Senior Principal after working more than a decade in the healthcare industry in various sales and business development roles. He seeks to collaborate with clients on resolving the challenges within the space of human capital to ensure their goals are satisfied.
Colin earned a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in History and Political Science from Indiana University - Bloomington and will earn his MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Colin is an avid sports fan and loves to read and spend time with his family.
Stephanie Cook, EVP Operations
Stephanie has more than a decade of experience placing C-level executives. She plays a key leadership role in the firm, splitting her time between our Chicago office and Los Angeles office, along with managing administrative operations across all 10 offices.
A California native, Stephanie earned her bachelors degree from San Jose State University and a Masters in Education with an emphasis in testing from San Diego State University. She enjoys cycling and exploring new places.
Kristen Eberhard, VP Operations and Strategy
With nearly 10 years executive recruiting, research and database management experience, Kristen possesses a broad understanding of the job finding process.
As Vice President of Operations and Strategy for Executive Marketing, Kristen is responsible for operations management and enhancements to the Executive Marketing program. She actively partners with our consultants and clients in creating and executing each client’s job finding strategy.
Kristen is based out of our Los Angeles office. She graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington with a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and traveling.
Brigitte Sinnick, Senior Director of Research, Analysis and Systems
Brigitte is our Director of Research, Analysis and Systems. She’s responsible for developing our database systems and continuously working to keep 20/20 Foresight at the forefront of executive search.
Brigitte graduated from Elmhurst College with a BS in Finance. She currently lives in Chicago and in her free time, she enjoys boating, cooking and attending sporting events.
Cyrene Dacanay, Research & Marketing Manager
Cyrene is our in-house Research & Marketing Manager. She is responsible for maintaining our global database and plays a key role in keeping us up to date with the latest recruiting technology. She works closely with our recruiters to ensure we are finding the best candidates for our clients. In addition to research, she handles marketing content and social media for the firm.
Cyrene is based out of our Chicago office and graduated from the University of Minnesota. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, volunteering, and exploring the city with her two dogs.
